Cancellation Policy

For trips and activities: * Cancellation fees will apply to all programs. Please check the cancellation deadlines for individual programs. * Kindly note that for some of our activities, we are required to prepay the fees in advance so refund policies may vary. * For weekend cancellations, please contact the Director as our office is closed Saturday through Monday. For classes: * Cancellation fees for classes will be charged if not cancelled 3 days prior to the program after the CHIC office closes. * Some programs have individual dates for refunds which may require longer than 3 days notice. * Please contact the CHIC office individually for any other questions regarding your class.
