Obi Jewelry Boxes

Made from Japanese Obi material, these boxes were originally designed to hold incense. These days they are very popular for holding jewelry, especially when travelling. The top of the box twists up to open. Different colours and designs available. Price ¥1,800 each.

Shigaraki Pottery

The town of Shigaraki is one of the six ancient kilns of Japan, famous for their long history producing pottery. Washbowls, lanterns, Ikebana containers and vases are typically on sale, please note that items will change from time to time.

Furoshiki's (and hangers)

Designs change from time to time, however the images usually follow a theme of Geisha involved in a particular activity. Popular designs such as those in the photos feature a visit to a temple in Kyoto, dancing, looking into a mirror. Sizes are 45cm and 67cm. Hangers in both sizes are available.

Furoshiki prices: Small size ¥1,000. Large size ¥1,400.
Hanger prices: Small size ¥300. Large size ¥500.
